The Project
MoPub sought a member of The Second Shift for parental leave coverage. They wanted someone with deep experience managing and advising on $50M+ mobile performance marketing programs: a strategic thinker who understands the balance between the big picture and tactical execution who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Their ideal candidate was a leader with strong executive presence who could lean in and coach individuals, drive changes to behavior and mindset, and work effectively across the MoPub executive team.
The Hire

Liza is a mobile and digital media sales leader focused on delivering exceptional customer service and building high performing sales teams.
Starting in 2011, Liza worked in mobile advertising sales and rose through the ranks at AOL and Oath to manage and build exceptional teams, all the while exceeding her quarterly goals.
Liza graduated Phi Beta Kappa from Tufts University.
